We are seeking a motivated, personable Jewelry Sales Consultant who enjoys building long-term client relationships and delivering an elevated, pressure-free shopping experience. This role is ideal for someone who loves fine jewelry, enjoys working with people, and takes pride in attention to detail.  We pride ourselves on exceptional craftsmanship, honest expertise, and a true white-glove customer experience. Our team helps customers celebrate life’s most meaningful moments—from engagements and anniversaries to custom jewelry and restorations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in a warm, professional manner
• Assist customers with engagement rings, fine jewelry, custom designs, and repairs
• Build long-term client relationships and follow up with customers
• Educate clients on diamonds, gemstones, metals, and craftsmanship
• Accurately process sales, special orders, and repairs
• Maintain showroom appearance and merchandise presentation
• Support social media/website content creation

Qualifications

• Retail sales experience preferred (jewelry or luxury retail a plus)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Comfortable learning product knowledge and sales systems
• Ability to work Saturdays
• Passion for customer service and relationship-based selling

Schedule

• Full-time
• Must be available Saturdays
• Closed Sundays
• No late nights or mall hours
